Steve Carter is Vice President, of Florida Pension Group. Since joining the firm in 2002, Steve has focused on providing customized retirement solutions for business and individuals. A native of Jacksonville, Steve received his bachelor's degree from the University of North Florida and is active in several local organizations, including Daniel Memorial and Rotary Club of St. Johns.

Prior to Florida Pension Group, Steve was Vice President of Action Welding Supply, a locally owned business founded by his father 1970. He served in many capacities over 15 years, giving him a unique understanding of the financial needs of a business owner.

Steve lives in Jacksonville with his wife Karen, daughter Tori and son Jacob. He enjoys spending time with his family, friends, golf, and traveling.
