Charles R. Armstrong joined Florida Financial Group/New England Securities in January 2010. He holds a Master in Arts degree from Montclair State College and a Master in Science degree from the Defense Intelligence College. He also holds Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and a State of Florida Life, Health & Variable Annuity license. 

Prior to joining the firm, Charles spent 30 years as a commissioned officer in the Navy, retiring in September 2009 at the rank of Captain. During that time, Charles served in a wide array of Navy and Joint assignments both afloat and ashore. Charles is a decorated combat veteran and participated in multiple campaigns and contingency operations.

Charles and his wife, Susan have called Jacksonville their “home” ever since their first sea tour at Naval Station Mayport, back in 1980.

Charles offers clients access to a wide variety of financial products and services, including financial planning, brokerage services, mutual funds, annuities, retirement planning, and life insurance.
